What is your free-shipping policy?

We have free shipping for all online 'Buy Now' orders over $89, Australia-wide. Orders under $89 will incur a $9.90 charge, Australia-wide.
Some exclusions may apply. Please note that bikes and frames are not available for purchase through the online store, due to dealer agreements,
and hence are excluded from our Free Shipping Policy.

What are the exclusions to the free shipping over $89 policy?
A
Trainers incur a $19.90 flat-rate shipping cost per unit, and FirstBike balance bikes $14.90, Australia wide. If a trainer/FirstBike is purchased with an item/s that do not exceed $89, the shipping cost is $19.90/$14.90 per-unit for the trainer/FirstBike, and $9.90 flat -rate for added items. If a trainer/FirstBike is purchased with an item/s that exceed $89, the shipping cost is $19.90/$14.90 per-unit for trainer/FirstBike, and no-charge for added items.

Please note that bikes and frames are not available for purchase through the online store, due to dealer agreements, and hence are excluded from our Free Shipping Policy

What are the conditions of a PMC layby?
A
We are pleased to offer you a Layby service for purchases of $100 or more made in our store. We require a 20% deposit and a $2.00 non-refundable service fee for a 6 week term. Fortnightly payments are required or the Layby may be cancelled. . Please contact us for more details.

How do I login to or register for an account on pmcycles.com.au?

Click on the Member Login link at the top left of any page to either login or register your details to set up a PMC Member account.

How do I place my first order online?
A
Browse the site for items you are looking for and add items to your shopping cart. When you are ready, select the View Cart link and follow the instructions to complete your order. If you are not registered as a PMC Member, you will need to register before you can complete an order on pmcycles.com.au. Registration is available during the checkout process . There are four stages of the checkout process:


1. Your details: This section will confirm your name, email address and telephone number.


2. Delivery details: This section will allow you to choose the delivery address you would like your order delivered to.


3. Payment: This section will prompt you to enter your payment method and details.


4. Order confirmation: This will display your order number and order summary. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you supplied during checkout.

Do I have to create an account in order to buy online?

Yes, to order from PMC you need to register. By creating an account with PMC you will be able to:

• Shop faster

• Keep track of the status of your orders

• Manage your profile

• Receive email exclusives and offer previews

How do I view my current or previous online orders?
A
You can view your order history on the 'Transaction Log' page of the 'My profile' page. Access the 'My Profile' page by signing in through the 'Member Login' link displayed at the top left of the website on any page.

How can I get my password reset if I have forgotten my password?
A
From the member login screen click on the 'Forgot your password’ link. You will be asked to enter the email address you used to create your account, once entered, please click 'send password'. This will trigger an email to be sent to you from us with your password. You can then change your password at any time from the 'My Profile' page once logged in as a member.

What is the exchange policy for items purchased online that do not fit?
A
We offer the option to exchange items purchased online if they don’t fit. However the following need to be noted for any return:

- Please contact admin@pmcycles.com.au for approval prior to returning any items.

- The item can only be returned or exchanged if it is in the original condition and packaging.

- The return postage charges will need to be covered by you.

- Any refunds can only be issued via the online shop.
- Please allow 2 - 4 days for the processing of your return/refund/exchange request.
