The EVOC Seat Bag Tour is a light saddle bag made from water-repellent fabric. It holds a multitool and a spare tube, and it straps on with velcro.
The zipper is water repellent too. Also, a Hypalon front protects your seat post. So it looks after the bike as well as the gear.
