Wilier Turbine SL: race-ready triathlon bike

The Wilier Turbine SL is a complete triathlon bike with a carbon monocoque frame of about 1,270g and fully hidden cables. It comes with Shimano 105 Di2, Dura-Ace TT shifters and Miche carbon wheels. So you get a fast aero platform at a price that leaves room in the budget for a race wheel or a bike fit.

Wilier Turbine SLR Frameset: the pro option

The Turbine SLR Frameset is the frame pros race in time trials. It weighs about 990g and meets UCI rules, so you can use it in sanctioned time trials as well as triathlons. Because it is a frameset, you choose the groupset, wheels and extensions, and our workshop builds it for you.

Why a dedicated triathlon bike?

A triathlon bike puts you in a low, narrow position on the aero bars. As a result, you cut through the wind and save energy for the run. The steeper seat angle also opens your hips, which helps many riders run better off the bike. In short, if you race triathlon often, a proper tri bike is the biggest speed upgrade you can make.

Fit matters most on a tri bike
