Solestar (Insoles)

Made in Europe and used by WorldTour riders and triathletes, Solestar insoles swap out the soft standard footbed in your cycling shoes for a stiff carbon or fibreglass core. That core holds your foot in a neutral position on the pedal, so more of your power goes into the stroke and less is lost to your foot flexing and rolling.

Why upgrade your cycling insoles?

Most cycling shoes come with a thin foam insole that does little to support your foot. Under load, your arch collapses and your knee can drift in and out, which wastes power and can lead to hot spots, numb toes and knee pain on long rides. Solestar’s patented three-point stabilisation design supports the heel, arch and forefoot, keeping your foot, knee and hip in line. It works for flat, high-arched and wide feet alike.
