Wilier Framesets let you build an Italian race bike exactly your way. Instead of a set build, you choose the groupset, wheels, cockpit and saddle, and our workshop puts it all together. Port Melbourne Cycles stocks the Rave SLR and Turbine SLR framesets.

Why buy a Wilier frameset?

A frameset makes sense when you already own good parts or want a spec you can’t buy off the shelf. For example, you might move a groupset and wheels across from an older bike. Wilier Rave SLR Frameset

The Wilier Rave SLR Frameset is a light carbon all-road and gravel frame of about 950g. It takes a road build with 32mm tyres or a gravel build with wider rubber. As a result, it suits riders who want one bike for fast road rides and gravel weekends. It also makes a great base for a lightweight custom build.

Wilier Turbine SLR Frameset

The Wilier Turbine SLR Frameset is Wilier’s pro time trial frame. It weighs about 990g, meets UCI rules and has raced at the Giro and the Tour. So it suits serious time triallists and triathletes who want to pick their own aero parts.

How we build your Wilier frameset

First, we talk through how you ride and your budget. Then we check that your chosen parts suit the frame, including the bottom bracket, brakes, seatpost and cable routing. After that, our workshop builds the bike, bleeds the brakes, sets up the gears and fits it to you. Prefer a complete bike instead?
