The Wilier Jaroon Steel is a steel gravel bike built the Wilier way — a double-butted chromoly frame with a carbon fork, hidden cables and room for 42mm tyres, so it rides smooth all day and still looks like a race bike from Italy. It is available in two builds: Shimano GRX 2×11 and Shimano GRX 1×11.
The GRX 2×11 build pairs a 46-30T crankset with an 11-34T cassette, giving wide-range double-chainring gearing for climbing steep dirt with a load on and still rolling fast on the road home. The GRX 1×11 build simplifies the drivetrain to a single 40T chainring with an 11-42T cassette and a clutch rear derailleur, for riders who prefer one shifter and less to think about. Both builds share the same double-butted chromoly frame, carbon fork with 12mm thru axle and flat-mount disc, and Shimano GRX RX400 hydraulic disc brakes with 160mm rotors for strong, easy braking in the wet or dry.
