Description
Normatec Elite Hips – recovery for your hips, glutes and lower back
Normatec Elite Hips bring Hyperice’s patented dynamic air compression to the part of your body that does a lot of the work on the bike. The wearable wraps your hips, glutes, IT bands and lower back, then massages them with rhythmic pulses of air.
Like the Elite Legs, it has no hoses and no separate control unit. So you just put it on, pick a level and relax. As a result, it helps you warm up faster, recover sooner and ease muscle fatigue after big days.

Who are Normatec Elite Hips for?
They suit riders who carry tightness in their glutes, hip flexors or lower back. Long hours in the saddle load these areas, especially in an aggressive position. Also, they pair perfectly with the Normatec Elite Legs for a full lower-body session. Browse both in our Normatec compression boots range.
What’s in the box
You get the Normatec Elite Hips, a 12V wall charger and a drawstring carry bag. Plus, at about 1.5 kg, it travels easily to races and camps.
How to use them after a ride
First, sit or lie down somewhere comfortable. Then fit the wearable around your hips and pick a low level to start. After a few sessions, you can increase the pressure. Also, use ZoneBoost on whichever side feels tighter. For example, many riders target the glute on their stronger leg. Finally, aim for regular short sessions rather than one long one.
