Maurten Drink Mix 160 is a carbohydrate drink built on Hydrogel Technology. One sachet in 500ml of water gives you 40 grams of carbohydrates. So it suits longer, lower intensity rides where you want to fuel and hydrate at the same time.
Once the drink reaches the stomach, it turns into a gel around the carbohydrates. As a result, it helps reduce that sloshing feeling when you drink a lot on the bike. Also, it is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
