The Scott Speedster Gravel 40 is the most accessible way into the Speedster Gravel range. It shares the same alloy frame and carbon fork as its pricier siblings. So you get the comfortable geometry and the big tyre clearance without the bigger spend.

The frame is double-butted 6061 alloy, shaped to Scott’s own gravel geometry. So you get a stable, comfortable position for long days out. Up front sits the Addict Gravel HMF carbon fork, shared with Scott’s pricier gravel bikes. Because carbon damps the buzz, your hands stay fresher over corrugations.
Gravel-Specific Gearing
Shimano Cues is the hard-wearing end of Shimano’s range. A 40T ring drives an 11-48T cassette, so the climbing gear is genuinely low. Because Cues shares parts across its tiers, replacements stay cheap and easy to find.
Room For Real Rubber
Schwalbe G-One RX tyres come fitted in 700x45C. So the bike floats over loose gravel instead of skittering across it. Plus the frame takes the Syncros fender kit when the season turns wet.
Clean Lines, Internal Routing
Every cable runs inside the frame. So there is less to snag, less to clean and less to wear out. The Syncros Creston 2.0 X bar and RR2.5 stem keep the front end tidy and simple to adjust.
Built To Be Serviced
The frame uses the UDH standard derailleur hanger. So if you go down on a rocky descent, any shop in the world can get you rolling again. It is a small detail that saves a long walk.
