Normatec Compression Boots

Normatec compression boots from Hyperice are the recovery tool of choice for pro teams, elite athletes and serious cyclists. They use patented dynamic air compression to help tired legs recover faster after hard rides.

How Normatec works

Each boot has several zones. Air fills those zones in a pulsing pattern, starting at your feet and moving up your legs. Then each zone releases. This massage pattern boosts circulation and reduces swelling. As a result, your legs feel lighter and fresher sooner.

Normatec 3 or Normatec Elite?

Normatec 3 is the original system. A separate control unit connects to the boots with a hose, and you can adjust the pressure and target specific zones. Normatec Elite, on the other hand, has no hoses or separate control unit, because the controls are built into the boots. That makes it fully portable, so it suits travel and race weekends. For hips, glutes and lower back, add the Normatec Elite Hip.
