The Garmin Varia RCT715 combines a rear radar, a tail light and a 1080p camera in one unit. So it warns you about traffic up to 140 metres behind, and it records what happens back there at the same time.
Also, if it detects an incident, it locks the footage from before, during and after automatically. You control the camera from your Edge, and then view or share clips in the Varia app. A 16 GB card is included.

Who is the Garmin Varia RCT715 for?
It is for riders who want video evidence as well as radar, especially on busy commutes. However, if you only want radar, the Varia RearVue 820 is lighter and lasts longer. Pair it with a front Varia Vue to record both ways.
