This Maurten caffeine drink mix gives you 80 grams of carbohydrates and 100mg of caffeine in one 500ml bottle. So you get high carb fuel and a caffeine lift without carrying extra gels.
Like Drink Mix 320, it turns into a gel in the stomach around the carbohydrates. As a result, it helps reduce stomach discomfort when the pace is high. Also, you can use it alone on shorter rides, or with other Maurten products on longer days.
