Description
SIS Beta Fuel Drink – a whole hour of carbs in one bottle
The SIS Beta Fuel Drink puts 80 grams of carbohydrate into a single 600ml bottle. So one sachet covers most of an hour’s fuelling on a long ride.
SIS uses a 1:0.8 mix of maltodextrin and fructose. Because the two sugars absorb through different routes, you can take in more carbs with less stomach trouble. Also, the single-serve sachets are easy to carry for a refill mid-ride.

Who is the SIS Beta Fuel Drink for?
It suits endurance riders, racers and anyone training over two hours. Sip it little and often through the hour. Then add a Beta Fuel gel or chew to reach 80 to 120 grams per hour. Also, it frees up your jersey pockets on long days.
What’s in the box
Pick your flavour above. The box holds fifteen 82g sachets in one flavour. Then each sachet makes one 600ml bottle.
A quick fuelling tip
Always test new nutrition in training before race day. So plan your carbs, fluid and salts per hour, then build that plan from drinks, gels and chews. Also, keep a note of what worked on each ride. Then on longer rides, set a reminder on your bike computer to eat and drink every 20 minutes. Because hunger shows up late, fuelling early keeps your energy steady to the finish.
