Every serve of Sodii Everyday Hydration Salts gives you 1000mg of Lake Deborah salt from an ancient salt lake in Western Australia, plus 210mg of potassium and 70mg of magnesium, with less than half a gram of sugar.

Sodii for cycling

Sodium is the electrolyte you sweat out most, and topping it up helps you hold onto the fluid you drink. That makes Sodii a good fit for summer Beach Road loops, long weekend rides and multi-hour events, where cramping and fading late in the ride are often a sign you’re short on salt.
